First Visit with Dr. Steve

Brief Paperwork

The intake forms provide us with general information about yourself and specific information about your injury or condition. Auto accident or personal injury intake forms will be different from family wellness care intake forms.Consultation So please specify if you are coming in for a condition or were involved in an automobile accident or personal injury or and if your were referred to us by your attorney or another medical specialist.

Consultation

Once the intake forms have been completed, you will have a consultation with Hesperia Chiropractor Dr. Steve to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, as well as potential treatment options. Consultation is Free of Charge.

History and Examination

In order to determine what your actual problem is, Dr. Steve will ask you various questions related to your injury or condition. Next, a number of specialized orthopedic and neurologic tests may be performed to determine which tissues are affected and to what extent.

X-RayX-ray and/or MRI Studies

Your specific injury or condition may require Dr. Steve to torder x-rays in order to either rule out more serious conditions or assist him in developing the most effective treatment plan for you. MRI studies may also be recommended during the course of treatment if symptoms aren't improving as expected or getting worse. At times, interim and after treatment x-rays may be required for comparison purposes.

Same Day Treatment

Once finished with the examination and all appropriate studies, patients will generally be provided or scheduled for their first treatment. This may include spinal adjustments, physical therapies, massage, and/or soft tissue therapies. Co-management with a medical specialist may also be an option if Dr. Steve believes this will aid in the patients' speedy recovery.
